New Durham Estates, a manufactured home community located in the small town of Westville, IN was developed by Mel Fath Jr. He began the business in 1967 and developed it throughout the years while he also devoted much of his time, talent, and energy for causes related to his profession, faith, and community. New Durham Estates continues to be a family owned business.

New Durham Estates has experienced continuing development since 1967 and it has spread out on both sides of US Hwy 421 immediately south of the intersection with State Rd 2.
