About New Durham Estates
We have been a family-owned manufactured home community located in Westville, Indiana, since 1967. Our community spans 105 acres on both sides of US Highway 421, just south of State Road 2, and accommodates sites for 391 single-family homes. We strive to create a place where families can thrive, neighbors are connected, and future generations enjoy the benefits of safe, energy-efficient homes in a vibrant, enduring community.
Annual Open House
As a reminder, our open house will be held on June 5th from 9 AM – 2 PM and June 6th from 9 AM – 5 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity to tour our community, explore manufactured homes, and learn about all that New Durham Estates has to offer.
Upon arrival, maps will be provided highlighting the homes available for walk-through. Whether you are considering a move or simply curious about our manufactured home community, our staff will be on hand to answer any questions. Come see firsthand why so many residents love New Durham Estates!
Community Yard Sales
Community yard sales will be held on both June 5th and June 6th, with residents throughout the neighborhood participating. From clothing to furniture, and everything in between, you never know what hidden gems you may find. Don’t forget to bring some cash and come ready for some great deals!
Yard Beautiful Contest
Will your yard be this year’s winner? The Yard Beautiful contest is back, and we are looking for the most stunning yards in New Durham Estates. The Yard Beautiful contest is open to all New Durham Estates residents. Judging will take place during the open house weekend.
A few tips to get your yard contest ready:
- Mow your lawn for a fresh, clean look
- Pull any unwanted weeds
- Clear away any clutter and debris
- Tame shrubs and trees
- Neaten edges along walkways and driveways
- Tidy up garden beds
The winner will be announced at the close of open house weekend and highlighted on our social media. Good luck to all of the participants. We can’t wait to see your beautiful yards!
4-H Club
Feeling hungry during your tour? Keep an eye out for the local 4-H club. They will be set up near the New Durham hardware store on June 6th, selling hot dogs and refreshments. It’s a great chance to take a break between yard sales and home tours, grab a bite, and support 4-H.
